Delete account and data
How to start deletion of your Ironstead account directly in the app or by email.
Directly in the app (recommended)
- Open the app → Profile → Settings → Account & security → “Delete account”
- Confirm the action
- Account and training data in the database are removed in the deletion flow. Associated-file cleanup is best effort; lawfully preserved abuse-evidence media may be excluded. Statutory retention duties remain unaffected.
By email (alternative)
If you can no longer access the app, you can also request deletion by email.
Email privacy@iron-stead.com with the subject “Delete account: <your registered email>”. We verify your identity and handle the request through the same deletion process.
What gets deleted
- Account master data (email, name)
- Training data (workouts, sets, templates, check-ins)
- Coach–athlete relationships
- AI critique audit logs
