Build a real training block, step by step

Follow seven short steps to plan a multi-week training block. When you are done, you can transfer it straight into your Ironstead account. Everything you set here stays fully editable in the app.

Tip: use the left and right arrow keys to move between steps.

Your block

A is a plan that runs for several weeks, built from a handful of training days that repeat. This mirrors step one of the New block wizard in the app.

In the app you also pick an optional trainee. Without one, the block is saved as a reusable you can assign later. You can start empty or from a source block, and tap Goal and Shape presets that scaffold the day roles only, never the exercises. Here you build that template path by hand, so you feel each part.

Example

An editable example, not a recommendation. It fills every step so you can see a finished block, then change or replace anything, including every exercise.

This mirrors the New block wizard in the app, step 1 of 2.
