About me
I coach heavy lifters in powerlifting and strongman. Most of my athletes are big men who want to get stronger without wrecking their joints. We talk every week, and I adjust your plan to how your body feels as well as to the numbers. Price depends on how much support you need. Coaching in English, Russian or Latvian.
