About me
Stones, log, yoke and farmers each have their own technique, and you only get it by practising them. I'll teach you the events safely and help you plan your first competition. In Graz we train outside with real implements. Online you get a program that works even if you don't have stones or a yoke.
Qualifications
State-certified fitness trainer (Austria) Austrian Strongman Championships 2019–2023, best finish 3rd in U105 Organiser of a yearly novice strongman competition in Styria
