About me
Ich coache Masters-Athleten ab 40 im Powerlifting. Stärker werden geht auch später noch, wenn Belastung und Erholung zusammenpassen. Wir planen um Gelenke, Job und Familie herum. Wöchentlicher Check-in, Video-Feedback zu den Hauptübungen.
